Norma James, age 82, and a lifelong resident of Avon Ohio, passed away peacefully on March 7 after a brave journey with Alzheimer's. She was a loving mother, grandmother, and a friend to many who touched countless lives.
Norma was a woman of many creative talents. She could often be seen in her yard tending to her favorite flowers. She brought that creativity to her work as a hairdresser and ceramic artist and enjoyed interacting with special needs adults when she was a school bus driver for Murray Ridge. Norma's love for animals, especially strays, was a testament to her compassionate nature. She had a special place in her heart for her beloved cats and dogs. Her infectious laugh could light up any room, and her love for bright colors and unique earrings reflected her vibrant spirit. Above all, she was known for her caring and giving nature, leaving a legacy of kindness and love.
