Richard "Dick" J. Minor, Sr, 82, of Elyria, formerly of Carnegie, PA, passed away on Sunday, March 9, 2025. Dick was born on September 21, 1943, in Carnegie, PA.
Dick graduate from Carnegie High School, then faithfully served his country in the US Navy.
He previously worked at the American Tank Company in Cleveland, then in 2005 retired after 12 years from the Eaton Fabricating Company on Grafton, OH.
Dick was a member of the Elyria Moose Lodge, serving as the Officer of the Lodge for 20 years, as well as the Amvets of Elyria, Post# 132.
Dicked loved playing golf, reading and anything to do with cars.
Surviving members of Dick's family include his son Richard "Skip" J. Minor, Jr. (daughter-in-law Jennifer) of Elyria; granddaughter Lexi Dunn of Buffalo, NY; sister Denise Minor of Carnegie PA; and many nieces and nephews.
Preceded in death by his parents, Henry and Elizabeth (nee Weir) Minor and brother Jackie Minor.
